I was hesitant to use a broker for my business sale (who wants to share a percentage of profits!?!?), but I cannot recommend Mitch enough. He was professional, attentive, and extremely understanding (and patient) as my business went on the market with him just days before the Covid shut-down. He was supportive and diligent at every step and sold my business with a record closing time! If you’re debating a broker, you can stop now. Mitch took care of everything so I could focus on my business while he focused on buyer acquisition and vetting. It was worth it for that alone.
